Welcome to Juniper Rain + Crow. By booking a reservation, placing an order, or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Every bouquet is unique, and so is every preserved artwork. Flowers are natural materials that continue to change over time, even after preservation.
While every effort is made to preserve the beauty of your flowers, variations in color, texture, shape, and size are normal and should be expected. Some flowers preserve exceptionally well, while others may become darker, lighter, translucent, brittle, or experience natural shrinkage.
Because floral preservation is an art rather than an exact science, no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
Clients select their preferred artwork style, frame, and customization options through the booking and artwork confirmation process.
Final placement of flowers, artistic interpretation, and design decisions remain at the discretion of Juniper Rain + Crow. This allows each piece to be thoughtfully composed while honoring the beauty and limitations of the preserved flowers.
The quality of the finished artwork depends greatly on the condition of the flowers when received.
Flowers that are wilted, damaged, aged, frozen, bruised, or moldy may not preserve successfully. While every reasonable effort will be made to salvage as many blooms as possible, Juniper Rain + Crow cannot guarantee the preservation of every flower.
Clients are responsible for arranging timely delivery of their bouquet.
For the best results, bouquets should be delivered as soon as possible after the event. Fresh flowers produce the highest-quality preserved artwork.
Juniper Rain + Crow is not responsible for deterioration resulting from delayed delivery, improper storage, shipping delays, or mishandling before the bouquet arrives.
Floral preservation is a detailed process that cannot be rushed.
Estimated completion time is up to eight months, although projects may be completed sooner. Timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on seasonal workload, flower drying times, and project complexity.
Resin is a handcrafted medium and may naturally contain tiny imperfections such as microbubbles, slight texture variations, or subtle ripples.
Over time, resin may develop minor ambering due to natural aging and exposure to ultraviolet light. Keeping artwork out of prolonged direct sunlight will help preserve its appearance.
These characteristics are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.
Pressed flowers remain delicate by nature.
Finished artwork should be displayed indoors in a climate-controlled environment away from excessive humidity, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures.
Although every effort is made to protect the artwork during assembly, flowers may continue to experience subtle natural changes over time.
Some flowers may receive professional color enhancement to better reflect their original appearance after drying.
Because flowers continue to age naturally, future fading or color changes may still occur.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and responding promptly to artwork confirmation requests.
Delays in responding may extend the completion timeline.
Juniper Rain + Crow reserves the right to photograph bouquets, artwork, and finished pieces for portfolio, website, educational, and marketing purposes.
If you prefer your artwork not be shared publicly, please notify us in writing before work begins.
A reservation is confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received.
Final artwork will not be released until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.
Reservation fees and deposits are non-refundable once your reservation has been secured.
If a cancellation occurs after flowers have been received or preservation work has begun, refunds cannot be issued due to the time and materials already invested.
Finished artwork is carefully packaged for shipment.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Juniper Rain + Crow is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit. Shipping insurance may be available upon request.
Unclaimed Artwork & Abandoned Orders
If a client becomes unresponsive for an extended period, Juniper Rain + Crow will make reasonable efforts to establish contact using the information provided. If there is no response within 90 days after the final contact attempt regarding artwork approval, payment, pickup, or shipping, the order may be considered abandoned. At that time, Juniper Rain + Crow reserves the right to dispose of the preserved flowers and/or finished artwork without refund.
Juniper Rain + Crow's liability is limited to the amount paid for the preservation service.
While every reasonable precaution is taken to protect your flowers throughout the preservation process, unforeseen circumstances—including deterioration of natural materials, mold, pests, equipment failure, severe weather, accidents, or other events beyond reasonable control—may affect the final result.
By placing an order with Juniper Rain + Crow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
