A little TLC after a long journey.
It is recommended that out of state florals be shipped overnight. Price for shipment varies & will depend on size & weight of box, as well as distance. Please let me know if you'd like a quote. Local drop-off is available & encouraged for clients in Charleston & surrounding areas. Please let me know if you were referred by & using prefered florist, Roadside Blooms, for your wedding as other accommodations can be made.
Rest well, little pretties.
The drying process will take between 4-6 weeks depending on the method & flower variety. Client will choose between having florals dried (3D), pressed(flat), or a combination of both. Client will receive a dried flower inventory around the 6-8 week mark. At that point, we will discuss any special requests for design & layout. This includes confirmation of the art work(s) & details so that I could source materials accordingly.
The floral finale.
Layout is approved by client before any finishing touches are made. We work together to create the perfect custom keepsake! Afterall, this is YOUR special piece & I want you(& your partner) to absolutely love it! Please be patient as this entire PROCESS WILL TAKE 4-6 months.**
Fresh is best! The fresher the flowers, the better they dry. I will always recommend that bouquets be shipped overnight the first day possible following the event.
*For local drop-off, please keep & travel in water.
Hydrate your flowers. When not in use, keep your bouquet in a clean vase of cool water. When able, give the stems a fresh angled cut.
Find someone to help. Ask a family member or bridesmaid to take on the task of shipping or dropping off of your bouquet so that you can relax in newlyw

Here's a gorgeous example of some delicate blooms from a Saturday wedding that arrived on a Tuesday. Packaged following all instructions & in great shape for successful preservation! Don't skip the stem tubes when shipping your bouquet. Your flowers & I thank you!
